Managing Wellbeing Traffic Light - Worksheet
The Wellbeing Traffic Light is a resource I have used personally for helping remind me of the kinds of activities and practices that I might need at different levels of capacity. Initially I developed this from a chronic illness perspective, but it applies to mental health, sensory overwhelm and signs of burnout as well.
Includes a zip file with:
A 9 page pdf download with an example and some different formats
Page 1 - Background and overview
Page 2-3 - Filled in example
Pages 4-9 - Different blank template versions, some with headings, some without, mix of 1 or 2 page options
A word document version for those who want to be able to type directly into a document
